  • 1 tablespoon Honey (or Sweetener) Maple syrup can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 cups Cold Water Use chilled or sparkling water for refreshing taste.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Adjust amount based on desired chill.

For Garnishing

  • 2 slices Lemon Slices Use organic lemons if possible.
  • 4 leaves Mint Leaves Muddle gently to release aroma.

Preparation Steps

  • Start by extracting the fresh lemon juice from your lemons and set it aside.
  • Finely grate fresh ginger to release that warm, spicy aroma.
  • In a small bowl, combine matcha powder with a few tablespoons of cold water. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
  • In a large glass or mason jar filled with ice, mix the whisked matcha, lemon juice, grated ginger, honey, and the remaining cold water.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For an added touch, sprinkle extra matcha powder on top before serving.
