For Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro Parsley can be used as an alternative.

Preparation Steps

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil, around 5-7 minutes. Once boiling, add rice noodles and cook per package instructions (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add the rinsed noodles to the bowl with the sauce and gently toss until evenly coated.
  • Stir in chopped cilantro and season with salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later; flavors improve over time.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle with extra sesame oil before serving for richer flavor.
