How to Make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

  • Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Season chicken breasts and grill or pan-sear until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Slice or cube into bite-sized pieces.
  • Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • In a large salad bowl, toss together pasta, chicken, romaine, croutons, and enough dressing to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
