  • 1 lime Lime Juice fresh juice preferred
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce use tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil olive oil is a substitute
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic adjust to preference
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust for spice preference

For the Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro can substitute with parsley

  • Boil Water: Start by bringing a large pot of water to a gentle boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes.
  • Drain and Rinse: Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Whisk Sauce Together: In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Toss Noodles in Sauce: Add the cooled noodles to the bowl with the sauce and toss gently until coated.
  • Add Cilantro: Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro and distribute evenly throughout the noodles.
  • Season to Taste: Adjust with additional salt if desired.
