  • 1 medium Cucumber Or celery
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Adjust to taste, or use lime
  • 1 cup Filtered Water or Coconut Water Coconut water adds sweetness

How to Make Vibrant Refreshing Green Juice

  • Begin by rinsing the kale and spinach under cold water.
  • Next, take your green apple and cucumber and cut them into manageable pieces.
  • In a blender, combine your prepared kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, fresh lemon juice, and filtered water or coconut water. Blend on high for about one minute.
  • For a silkier juice texture, go ahead and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  • If you prefer your juice extra refreshing, place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Pour the juice over ice in a glass and garnish with an apple slice or fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Consider sprinkling some chia seeds on top for extra nutrition before serving.
