Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 package Crescent Rolls Let them rest at room temperature.

For the Filling

  • 1 lb Ground Beef Cook thoroughly and drain fat.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Adjust to spice preference.
  • 1 can Refried Beans Provides richness.

For the Sauce

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Soften before use.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream For topping after baking.

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese Sprinkle generously.
  • 2 medium Roma Tomatoes Add after cooling.
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Add just before serving.

For Serving

  • 1 cup Salsa Must-have condiment.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Serve on the side.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Unroll your crescent rolls and lay them flat on a cookie sheet. Pinch the seams together.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat, then mix in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crescent roll crust, then layer on the seasoned taco meat.
  • Top with diced Roma tomatoes, shredded cheddar jack cheese, and shredded lettuce.
  • Slice the pizza into squares and serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with chopped cilantro for a fresh flavor burst. Ensure fresh toppings are added after cooling to keep them crisp.
