Ingredients

For the Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Pound for even cooking.

For Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Freshly chopped.

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and zests until fully blended.
  • Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over the top, and ensure each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat your outdoor grill to medium-high, about 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Remove chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro atop the grilled chicken. Serve with grilled veggies or a refreshing tropical salsa.

Notes

Marinate overnight for better flavor and texture. Always check the internal temperature for safety.
