How to Make

  • Cut your chicken into 1-inch thick pieces.
  • Combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs in a bowl. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Toss chicken pieces in the marinade until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange skewers in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Check that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes
