  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries Can substitute with raspberries or blueberries.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary or Thyme Feel free to swap in other herbs.
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Balsamic Glaze Adjust to taste.

Optional Garnish

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts Walnuts or almonds recommended.

How to Make Baked Feta and Blackberry Crostini

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the French baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
  • Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  • Crumble feta cheese in a bowl and mix with a little olive oil for creaminess.
  • Spread a generous layer of crumbled feta on each toasted baguette slice.
  • Top each slice with fresh blackberries, pressing down lightly.
  • Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze and sprinkle with rosemary or thyme.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your crostini fresh.

Notes
