  • 1 bunch Bok Choy napa cabbage or spinach can be substitutes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil optional, for added nuttiness

How to Make Stir-Fried Bok Choy With Beef

  • Warm vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper; cook for another minute.
  • Toss in the bok choy stems and stir-fry for 1 minute; then add the leaves and continue for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add a drizzle of sesame oil before serving if desired.

Notes
