How to Make Mini Apple Caramel Cheesecake Treats

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s warm and ready when you need it.
  • Make the Crust: In a bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, rolled oats, and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly until it resembles wet sand.

  • Cool Crusts: Remove the crusts from the oven and let them cool completely at room temperature.
  • Prepare Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  • Fill Crusts: Spoon the creamy cheesecake mixture into each cooled crust, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • Make Apple Topping: In a separate bowl, mix chopped apples with cinnamon, oats, and melted coconut oil.
  • Bake Again: Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheesecake is set.
  • Chill: Remove from the oven and let cool at room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator.
