  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella diced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

How to Make Tomato Mozzarella Caprese Dip

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and arrange the oven rack to the middle position.
  • Roast the cherry tomatoes for about 20 minutes until slightly blistered.
  • Mix sour cream and chopped basil in a bowl; add in the diced mozzarella, provolone, and grated parmesan.
  • Combine the roasted tomatoes with the cheese mixture and top off with remaining halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Bake for another 20 minutes until the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
