Ingredients
  

For the Fish

  • 4 fillets Tilapia Fresh or thawed frozen
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly chopped

For the Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Substitutable with avocado oil
  • 2 whole Lemons Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

For the Herbs

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Dill, Parsley, Thyme) Or 1 tsp dried herbs for each

For the Veggies (Optional)

  • 1 cup Asparagus
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Zucchini

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pat the tilapia fillets dry. Coat them with the marinade and let soak for 10-30 minutes.
  • Slice the lemons and place them on a prepared sheet pan. Add the marinated tilapia and any optional vegetables.
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until flaky and opaque.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check if the fish has reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Notes

Optional: Garnish with extra fresh herbs before serving.
