  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Can substitute with goat cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Can swap with other hard cheeses
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour Gluten-free flour can be used
  • 2 large Eggs Binding agent for crisp texture
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Can use fresh garlic, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Fresh herbs like dill or chives can be used
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Enhance overall seasoning
  • spray Olive Oil Spray For browning without frying

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine chopped spinach, feta, Parmesan, flour, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  • Spoon mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart.
  • Mist the tops lightly with olive oil spray.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until they are golden brown with crispy edges.
  • Cool slightly on the tray before serving.

Notes

Serve with Greek yogurt or tzatziki for an added flavor boost. Squeeze spinach dry before mixing for extra crunch.
