  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice (freshly squeezed) Essential for balancing richness.

How to Make Homemade Chicken Ramen

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add fresh ramen noodles and cook for about 3-4 minutes until just al dente. Drain and toss with a splash of oil.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant. Add chicken breast pieces, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and reaches 165°F.
  • Lower heat to medium-low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add drained noodles into the skillet with chicken and sauce. Toss together for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
  • Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice over the top, and garnish with cilantro or green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra crunch and flavor.
