  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Use low-fat or dairy-free for vegan
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Omit for dairy-free
  • 1 Egg Essential for binding
  • 1 tsp Italian Herbs Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

For the Caesar Salad Topping

  • 0.5 cup Caesar Dressing Homemade or store-bought

Steps

  • Preheat the Oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and shape it into a round crust, about 10-12 inches in diameter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is lightly golden and firm.
  • While the crust is baking, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan.
  • Allow the crust to cool slightly before adding the salad.
  • Layer the Caesar salad mixture over the chicken crust, slice, and serve immediately.
