  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries Can substitute with raspberries or blueberries.
  • 2 pcs Jalapeños Diced; option for mild green chiles.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or use fresh garlic for bolder flavor.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Essential seasonings.

For the Chicken

  • 4 pcs Chicken Breasts Ensure they are evenly thick.
  • 2 tbsp Oil Use olive oil or avocado oil.

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped blackberries, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended.
  • Carefully butterfly the chicken breasts and stuff them with the blackberry-jalapeño mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
