For Garnishing

How to Make Cucumber Salmon Bites

  • Wash and slice the English cucumbers into even rounds, about ΒΌ inch thick.
  • Allow the whipped cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • On top of each cucumber round, spread or pipe a generous layer of the softened cream cheese. Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the assembled bites and garnish with fresh dill.

Notes

Assemble the bites right before serving to maintain crispness; optional thinly sliced radishes for color.
