How to Make Crispy Viral Onion Ring Chips

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the parchment.
  • Slice the yellow onions thinly, about ⅙ inch, and arrange them in a single layer on top of the Parmesan.
  • Brush the onion slices generously with avocado oil.
  • Sprinkle the onion rings with paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper.
