For the Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin recommended

For the Crispy Coating

  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Use grated for best results
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

For Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
  • Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Evenly sprinkle the Parmesan mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down directly on top of the cheese layer.
  • Roast for 18–22 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden.
  • Allow the Brussels sprouts to cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best texture, reheat in an air fryer or oven.
