  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Alternatives: grapeseed or avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Substitute with fresh minced garlic (1 clove = 1/4 teaspoon powder).
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika for a stronger flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Coat a baking dish lightly with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts snugly in the dish, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  • Drizzle the chicken generously with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken.
  • Massage the chicken to coat it evenly in the spices.
  • Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest the chicken for about 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze portions for future meals.
